看來生活多采多姿的大明星，一天24小時到底是怎麼過的？工作時候的他們是什麼樣子？私底下是不是很會耍大牌？跟著《美麗佳人》貼身採訪王力宏，看看他一天到底都做些什麼？

PM3:00　參加銀飾代言記者會

PM3:00 參加銀飾代言記者會
這是王力宏今天的第一個通告，王力宏在兩個model的簇擁下進入會場，台上的王力宏看起來有點精神不濟，在我身邊的宣傳說：「他今天感冒了。」在固定的記者會程序之後，王力宏接受電視台的訪問。今天是週三，某周刊報導了阿妹另結新歡的新聞，電視台的記者試探性地問：「既然代言銀飾，有沒有送給好朋友阿妹？」王力宏從容地說：「我的新專輯是花很多時間製作的，我希望從我嘴巴裡說出來的事情，都是有關我的專輯。」嗯~~簡單扼要的回答。

3 : 00 PM Attends Sliver Jewerly Endorsement Press Conference
This is Leehom's first event of the day. Under the company of 2 models, he came into the scene. Upstage, Leehom looks a little off-mood, the promo assistant beside me said, "He's down with the flu today." After fixing the press conference's schedule, Leehom got interviewed by the tv. Today's Wednesday, some magazine reported of Ah Mei having a new love, the reporter from the tv station asked Leehom using a try-out way, "Since you have endorse in sliver jewerly, did you give it as a gift to your good friend, Ah Mei ? " Leehom replied, "I have spent lots of time to make this new album, i hope whatever i say from my mouth concerns my album. " Heerr..a simple answer.

PM3:30 離開記者會的空檔
我和宣傳到了記者會後方的休息室，王力宏正忙著在一盒一盒的聖誕卡片的封面上簽名，宣傳向王力宏簡單說明了我們的目的：「他們要做『大明星的一天』。」「大明星？我嗎？」王力宏帶點鼻音回答，苦笑著繼續簽名。
總共50盒的聖誕卡片上，印著龍形的高音譜記號，是王力宏為這張專輯設計的符號。我請攝影拍攝王力宏簽好的卡片，王力宏忽然問：「你們什麼時候出刊？因為這是給歌迷會會長的一個驚喜小禮物，我不希望他們在拿到禮物之前，就在你們雜誌上看到了。」我告訴他我們會在聖誕節之後出刊，同時體會到他對於歌迷體貼細心的一面。

簽完卡片，一行人前往下一個通告，我們將車開到永康街的鼎泰豐，宣傳下車為他買了3盅雞湯。王力宏一路上因為感冒的關係，看來精神不佳，一上車就閉目養神。宣傳一路上交換著本期的壹週刊，想看看關於王力宏的新聞內容。「還好也沒寫什麼。」宣傳說。

3 : 30 PM Leisure Time after Leaving Press Confernce
Together with the promo assistant, i arrived at the backstage resting room of the press conference, Leehom was busy autographing on boxes of Christmas cards. The promo assistant told Leehom the the idea of motive today, "They "want to be a star" day." "A star ?Me ?" Leehom answered with a little nose accent, smiled in a suffering way and continued to sign the cards.On the total 50 boxes of christmas cards, is printed with the Dragon sign, and that was Leehom's new album logo. I invited the cameraman to shoot a few pictures of the cards that were autographed. Leehom suddenly asked, "When are you all going to print this magazine ? Because this is a suprise present for the fanclubs president. I don't wish that even before they recieve this, they would have already seen it on magazine. " I told him we would be publishing this only after Christmas. At the same time, i could feel the concern and heartwarmth that he has for his fans.After finishing signing the cards, a line of people started to go for the next event. We drove the car to Yong Kang Jie's shop and the promo assistant got down and bought 3 bowls of chicken soup. As Leehom was having flu, he started to close his eyes for relaxation the moment he boarded the car. His promo was flipping this week's Yi Zhou Kan to see whether there was Leehom's news in it, "Luckily they didn't write anything." the promo assistant said.

PM4:00　接受MTV台節目訪問

PM4:00 抵達MTV台
趁著錄節目之前的時間，，王力宏一邊喝雞湯，一邊認真聽著電視台人員溝通的節目內容。喝完了兩盅雞湯之後，王力宏的精神似乎好了很多。
「什麼時候感冒的？」
「感冒一段時間了，一直沒時間去看醫生。」
「昨天很晚睡嗎？你看起來好像很睏？」
「昨天我們全家人聚在一起，提前過聖誕節，所有的家人都從美國回來，也有從新竹上來的，所有人一起吃飯，然後在我婆婆家拆禮物，因為實在太難得了，一家人聊到4點才回家。昨天早上，一家人還陪我剛出生的小姪子到教堂受洗，這次是我大嫂跟姪子第一次到台灣來，也是我婆婆的第一個曾孫。替我姪子受洗的神父，也幫我受洗過，一家人一起感受這一刻，很酷。」

4 : 00 PM Arrived at MTV Channel
Using the time before the recording, Leehom seriously listen carefully to the MTV Channel Personnel telling him about the show's details and drinking his chicken soup. After he finished drinking 2 bowls of chicken soup, Leehom seemed to appear much better than before."When did you catch the flu ?""Have been down with flu for quite some time, but i didn't visit the doctor.""Did you sleep late last night, you look tired.""Last night, my whole family gathered together to spend a early Christmas. All my family came over from US, and some who came from Xin Zhu. Everyone ate together and then we opened presents at my grandma's place. As it's really not everytime we can do this, we chatted till 4am before we left. Yesterday morning, all of us accompanied my newborn nephew to the church to be baptised. It's the first time that my sister-in-law and my nephew is in Taiwan and it's my grandma's first grandson. The priest who baptised my nephew had baptised me before, it's so cool for the whole family to enjoy this moment together."

PM5:30到達三立
由於還有半個鐘頭，現場節目才要開始，王力宏先到化妝間和主持人、製作人打招呼之後，就到了自己的化妝間裡，立刻把包包裡的電腦拿出來開始工作，並先把幾個已經拍好的片段播給我們看，並仔細地解釋：某些畫面之後會再Key上動畫，某些畫面的想法等等。接著他就開始專心地剪接，我小心地問王力宏，是不是可以翻翻他每天帶在身上的包包，到底裝了些什麼？他大方地拿給我：「隨便看囉！其實最大的就是這台電腦了！」
在搜到王力宏的皮夾時，忽然發現他身上皮夾挺厚的，現金還不少。他忙解釋：「因為最近親戚們都從美國回台灣了，有的並沒有來得及換台幣在身上，所以他們就會跟我換，而且大家難得到台北，我當然要當地主請客，因此最近身上還帶了不少台幣跟美金的。」

這幾天似乎是王力宏的Family Day，也是他覺得最開心的幾天。「前幾天我們在聊天的時候，親戚朋友說沒吃過大閘蟹，我立刻就開車去買了20隻大閘蟹回家，沒想到大閘蟹還蠻貴的，一隻就要500塊，付錢的時候身上現金還不太夠咧！後來是我的經紀人BoBo下廚，煮大閘蟹給大家吃。」

上節目前，王力宏特別要宣傳替他戴上稍早他代言的銀飾，「他們等下一定會播記者會的新聞吧！」果然是個相當稱職的代言人。

5 : 30 PM Arrived At SetTV
As it was half an hour before the LIVE show starts, Leehom first went into the make-up room to greet the hosts and producer before going into his own make-up room. Immediately, he took out the labtop from his bag and started to work. He showed us a few trailers that he have already taken and explained in detail, "Some images would be adding some key images, adding a few thoughts on the image." Following that, we saw him paying full attention and started to editing. I carefully asked Leehom, whether i could take a look at his bag, to see what he carry around every day ? He gave it to me generously, "Just take a look, the biggest thing is actually this laptop."When i whack out Leehom's wallet, i realised that his wallet was actually rather thick, quite alot of cash with him. He quickly explained, "As my relatives are all back in Taiwan from US, not all of them had changed Taiwan currency with them so i did the exchange with them. And since it was a rare chance, of course i had to be the one to treat them since i stay here, that's why i more Taiwan and US currency with me recently."It was almost Leehom's Family Day these few days, and it was his happiest days. " Few days ago when we were chatting, my relatives hadn't tasted crabs before. Thus, i immediately went out to buy 20 huge crabs back. Big crabs were actually quite expensive, one cost NT$500, i realised i didn't really had enough cash when i paid for it! After that, it was my manager Bobo who cooked the crabs for everyone to eat."Before he went up the show, Leehom specially wanted the promo assistant to help him wear the sliver jewely that he had endorsed earlier on, "They are bound to broadcast the press conference's news later !" He's really a professional spokesperson.

王力宏上現場節目《完全娛樂》，與主持人玩遊戲，並耐心地重複說他宣傳期以來，大概說過第一百次的內容：專輯的風格、遠到香格里拉收音、專輯名稱《心中的日月》的由來，並解釋這次由自己創造的chinked out的風格。走出電視台，已有好幾位歌迷在門口等候，看到王力宏現身，抓住他上車的空檔，每個人遞出聖誕卡片和寫給王力宏的信件，我發現這些歌迷們暱稱王力宏為「老大」，「老大！這我花了很多時間做的。」「老大，你最近上節目嘴唇看起來乾乾的，送你護脣膏。」歌迷們一路簇擁著王力宏上車。

「妳今天陪我上一天通告，一定很無聊，不好意思。」王力宏在車上說。
「你常常要跑通告，應該更覺得無聊吧！」
「說實在的，上通告算是我最放鬆的時候，的確有時候回家，看電視的時候，會覺得這些節目蠻好笑的，可是反過來想，其實他們為了我要來上這個節目，花了很多心思設計關於我的遊戲和題目，真的算很有心。好比明天上《食字路口》，雖然應該會蠻累的，不過跟康康聊天很有趣，他很好笑的。」

「你什麼時候看開的？」
「其實我一直很配合，有時候我甚至覺得自己太配合了，以前要我幹嘛就幹嘛，被當猴子耍就當猴子耍，現在當然是比較有意見，不過台灣的電視節目也變很多，以前那種『要打歌？先來摸摸這個，玩玩那個』的節目已經很少了，那對歌手其實是一種insult（污辱）。」

6 : 00 PM SetTV
Leehom went up for a LIVE Show Wan Quan Yu Le and played games with the hosts. And said in patience , repeated the phrase that he have said for more than a hundred times since he released his album : The album's taste, reached Shangri-la's key. The album's name Shangri-la came out from his own chinked-out style this time. When he came out from the tv station, there were already a few fans waiting outside. When they saw him,they used the time before he went up the car and quickly fished out their Christmas cards and letters to him. I realised all these fans called Leehom as "Lao Da", "Lao Da, I spend lots of time doing this.""Lao Da, your lips seemed to be rather dry when you go on shows recently, this lip balm is for you." Fans escorted him up the car."You have to accompany me to go for a day's events, you must find it boring, so sorry." Leehom said when he boarded the car."You have to go for events so often, you must find it very boring !""In fact, the most relax times are when i go for my events. Sometimes , when i go home and watched the program, i find it rather funny. But, thinking in another perspective, because i was going on their show, they spend lots of time to design the games and questions, its really good of them. Just like tomorrow, i'll be going on Jacky Go Go Go, it should be rather tired, but chatting with Kangkang is very interesting, he's very humorous.""When did you start seeing things openly ?""Actually, i have always been matching up, sometimes i find myself too giving in. Last time, whatever you want me to do, i'll do it. If i'm being tricked like a monkey, i'll be tricked like a monkey then. But now, of course i have my own opinions. However, Taiwan shows have changed alot too. Last time's , "want to promote your songs.", first it'll be touch this first, play that first" shows are lesser. Those are actually an insult to the singer."

PM7:00　在車上簡單快速的晚餐

PM7:00 車上晚餐
晚餐時間，王力宏的保母車在東區小巷子繞來繞去，由於要趕著下一個通告，只好在車上解決晚餐，宣傳建議就吃個魷魚羹麵配小菜，王力宏一口答應，完全不挑食。在車上的話題正好聊到這一期的壹周刊和狗仔隊。
「最近有一個長頭髮的狗仔隊在跟我，每天都送我回家。因為我家那邊的巷子彎彎曲曲的，所以很容易發現有人一路在跟我。」
「你會怕嗎？還是覺得很討厭？」
「有做壞事的時候就會怕，沒有的話就知道她一定是亂寫的。你不能理解那種每個禮拜三到7-11，看到自己的名字在封面上那種感覺，就是整個頭皮發麻。」
「那你最近有做壞事嗎？」
他欲言又止：「嗯……算有吧！前幾天和家人還有同事到一個地方去喝酒，喝得很醉喔，然後又跑到街上玩啊，所以這一期看到又有關於我的新聞，還蠻擔心的，今天還在跟同事說，是不是要大家一起講好一個說詞什麼的，看完之後有種鬆了一口氣的感覺。」

7 : 00 PM Dinner on the Car
Dinner time, Leehom's Baomu car kept turning rounds in Dong qu. As they have to rush for the next even, he could only settle his dinner on the car. Promo assistant suggested that he eat You Yu Noodles with little dishes, Leehom agreed immediately, he wasn't fussy at all. On the car, our topic was suddenly stirred towards this week's Yi Zhou Kan and it's Gou zai dui."Recently , there's this long-haired gou zai who follow me home everyday, she sends me home everyday. As the pathway to my house has lots of twists and turns, it's easy for me to spot someone following me.""Are you afraid ? Or do you hate it ?""If i do bad things, i'll feel afraid, if not, i'll know they just wrote it anyhow. You will never understand the feeling of going to 7-11 every Wednesday and seeing your name on cover, it just makes the whole head go numb.""Did you do anything bad recently ?"He said and stopped, "Erm..Yes i think. Last few days, i went to the pub and family and colleagues for a drink, i was very drunk. And we even went on the street to play, so when i see my news for this week, i was rather worried. I was still telling my colleagues today should we just say one same word together, but after seeing it, i was relieved."

晚餐結束，王力宏趕往下一個通告，為電視台的娛樂新聞錄一段與朱宗慶打擊樂團的合奏。之前他與宣傳還仔細討論了通告的內容，王力宏覺得打擊樂團的樂器並不東方，和他要傳達的音樂風格有點差距，於是決定帶二胡與樂團合奏。
通告結束之後，歌迷還是一路跟隨，在車裡只見歌迷們騎著摩托車一台一台地從保母車旁經過。
「這些歌迷你都認識嗎？」我問在車上問正在讀卡片的王力宏。
「認識，她們有些從第一張專輯的時候就跟著我了。」王力宏指著信上的字問我「這是什麼字？」
「『考試』的『考』吧！」
「應該是喔。」
「你中文程度還OK嗎？」
「發第一張專輯的時候完全看不懂中文，現在幾乎完全可以讀了，畢竟在這邊的時間太長了，慢慢一個字一個字學起來。」

7 : 30 PM Zhu Zhong Qing Da Quan Le Yuan
When dinner ended, Leehom went for the next event. To record a entertainment news recording for a Zhu Zhong Qing Da Quan Le Yuan part. Before that, Leehom and the promo assistant carefully studied the details of this event. Leehom finds that Zhu Zhong Qing Da Quan Le Yuan wasn't oriental. It was a little different from the message he was trying to spread with his music, thus, he decided to bring his Er Hu to play along with them.When it ended, fans followed as well. In the car, we could see fans riding motorbikes and crossing the baomu car one by one."Do you know all these fans ?" I asked Leehom who was reading cards."Yes, some of them have been following me since my first album." Leehom pointed at a word on the card and asked me, "What's this word ?""Kao Shi de Kao.""Should be. ""Your chinese level is still okay ?""When i first released my first album, i couldn't read chinese at all. Now, i can almost read all. After all, i have been here for so long, i would slowly learn it word from word."

PM8:30 Haagen Daze
車子經過了Haagen Dazs，王力宏忽然說：「我想吃冰淇淋，你們有沒有人想吃？」
車上所有人都笑了：「你不是感冒嗎？」
「沒關係，先吃了再養病就好了！」王力宏很堅持：「昨天我們全家人本來想來這裡吃的，但因為提前過聖誕節，所以一家人就回家拆禮物了，沒機會來吃，我還蠻後悔的，我很喜歡來這家店。」
於是我們很幸運地被王力宏請吃了冰淇淋，而當他出現在店家時，還是不免引起店員們的一陣騷動，連生意都不顧，立刻拿了便條紙要簽名。

8 : 30 PM Haagen Daze
The car went past Haagen Daze and Leehom suddenly said, "I wanna eat ice-cream, anyone wants ?"Everyone in the car laughed and said, "I thought u're down with flu ?""It's alright, i'll eat first before i tend to it !" Leehom insisted, "Yesterday, my family and i wanted to come and have this, but as it was a advance christmas celebration, so we went home to open presents. We didn't had a chance to come, now, i'm regretting it, i like coming to this shop."Thus, all of us were lucky to be treated by Leehom to ice-cream. And when he appeared at the shop, it created a little chaos. They threw away their business and immediately got a piece of paper for him to sign on it.

PM11:00　接受電台主持人訪問

PM10:00 廣播節目
今天最後的2個通告都是廣播節目，最後一個節目是接受做詞人梁鴻斌和胡如虹的採訪。由於兩個主持人都是媒體人，雖然與王力宏相熟，問題倒都還頗為尖銳：「如果有瘋狂男歌迷跟你告白，你會怎麼辦？」「有女生要求一夜情，同時強調不會要你負責，你接不接受？」
累了一天再加上感冒作祟的王力宏似乎有點招架不住，宣傳頻頻在錄音室的另一端，亮出「換話題」的紙牌，要主持人別再為難他。節目結束時已經是半夜1點，宣傳為為王力宏買了感冒熱飲，叮嚀他回家養病，而隔天早上，他還有早上7點的通告要趕......

10 : 00 Radio Station
Today's last 2 event were radio programs. The last one was recieveing interview from lyrics composer Liang Hong Bing and Hu Ru Hong. As both hosts were media, and although they know Leehom well, the questions they asked were still rather different, like "If there were a crazy boy fan who claims he loves you, what would you do ?" "If a girl requests a one night stand, and emphasis that she won't get you to be responsible, would you accept it ?"After being so tired for a day and down with flu, Leehom didn't seem he could take it anymore, the promo assistant at the other side of the studio lighted out a banner which says change topic, requesting the host not to make him difficult. When the show ended, it was already 1pm midnight. The promo assistant bought hot drinks for his cold and told him to go home and rest. And next morning, he still had a event which he had to rush at 7 am.

王力宏的隨身包



耳機　完全阻絕環境音的專業耳機。王力宏說，這個耳機是專門設計來開演唱會用的。在佩戴這種耳機之前，要先找耳鼻喉科醫師做耳膜，接著檢查聽力，再向該公司訂做耳機，除了開演唱會的時候非常貼，不容易掉之外，據說還能改善收音的品質，甚至能補強聽力，國內外有許多歌手，為了方便工作，都訂製同樣的耳機。



錢包　約莫有台幣17000元，美金700元。因為親戚朋友從美國到台灣來過節，王力宏難得帶了這麼多現金，準備當東道主，好好招待家人。



黑色電腦包　相當沉重的電腦專用包，用來裝王力宏隨身物品和電腦，這回也跟著他遠征香格里拉等地。
Apple電腦　15吋的Power Book，是王力宏在泰國買下的，原先想買18吋螢幕大小的電腦，考慮到重量和實用，於是選擇了現在使用的電腦，王力宏會用它來做剪接的工作。
